Paul A. C. Higa
Paul A. C. Higa is an associate with the law firm of MacDonald Rudy O’Neill & Yamauchi, a Limited Liability Law Partnership, LLP. His law practice is focused on will and trust litigation, estate planning, and simple and complex probate.
Mr. Higa received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon in 2008 and his Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in 2011, where he also served as an Article Editor and member of the Lewis & Clark Law Review.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Higa clerked for the Honorable Derrick H.M. Chan, Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit and presiding Judge of the Probate Court.
Mr. Higa is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and is licensed to practice in the State of Hawaii and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
